What rental operators actually need
A rental blanket has a different job from a retail or giveaway one: it has to come back, get laundered, and go out again — for years. The economics live in the cost per rental, not the cost per unit, so the question that matters is how many cycles a blanket survives before it's retired. Party-rental companies, outdoor wedding stylists and open-air cinema operators all share the same brief: durable, washable, looks good in photos, and easy to manage as a fleet.
This is deliberately a different product from our promotional & gifting range, which is value-engineered for a single event and given away. Rental is built to last.
The durability spec — built for 200+ cycles
Our rental default is a 320 GSM brushed polar fleece face over a heat-bonded TPU backing (TPU laminates far more durably than PEVA under repeated washing), with reinforced bar-tacked corners and a high stitch density at every stress point. Dyes are colourfast and rated for repeated hot-wash sanitation, so a fleet stays photogenic instead of fading to mismatched shades. For sandy or beachside events we can switch to ripstop sand-free mats; for damp ground, a coated camping-grade base.
- 200+ commercial-laundry cycles as the design target — quotable and build-to-spec.
- TPU backing for wash durability and recyclability over PEVA.
- Reinforced corners and seams for repeated folding, hauling and staking.
- Colourfast, sanitation-ready dyes so a fleet stays visually consistent.
Packing & fleet logistics
- Stackable, uniform fold sizing so blankets store and transport efficiently in event-kit crates.
- Discreet fleet marking — sewn-in numbered labels for inventory tracking and loss control.
- Small woven or embroidered logo (survives washing far better than print) for branded rental fleets.
- Fast top-up reorders — we hold your spec, fabric and Pantone on file so reorders skip sampling.
