The base spec we recommend: 280 GSM coral fleece, double-fold hem reinforced with bartack stitching at the corners, 60°C washable, anti-pilling treated. We can run it in 6-8 cheerful colorways and brand it with a small discrete woven label so it photographs well in your listing without screaming "rented".

Bulk options for property managers

For property management companies running 20–200 units, we recommend ordering in batches that match a refresh cycle — typically a master order at signing, then a 25% top-up six months in. We hold spec records so re-orders are pixel-identical even years later.

Can we order for a property management portfolio of 50 units? +
Yes. A 50-unit portfolio with 3–4 blankets each is 150–200 pcs, which is under our 500-pc MOQ. We suggest pooling with a planned restock buffer to hit 500. Or split across two colorways at 250 each.
Will the woven label survive? +
Yes — woven labels (not printed) outlast the blanket. We sew them into the hem with a bartack so they don't tear out.
