The first touch matters
We don't substitute yarns. If the brief says 280 GSM coral fleece, the bulk run is 280 GSM coral fleece — not "approximately 260 because it ran out." We hold yarn stock by SKU and reorder before each campaign.
Most blanket "factories" you find on Alibaba are sourcing offices that subcontract every stage to small workshops. We're not that. FIELDLOOM owns the knit, the weave, the lamination, the embroidery, the print and the packing — all under one roof, with one quality manager answering for the whole order.
Plenty of mills will quote 20 cents cheaper. Almost none will hold the line on these three.

Cheap picnic blankets peel after the first wash because the backing is glue-laminated. We heat-bond with a stabilizing scrim — passes 10+ washes at 30°C. Spec sheet on every quote.
Every blanket we ship is tested under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I — the strictest tier, suitable for baby skin contact. We supply test reports per order, not generic mill-level certificates.

Our 8,400-m² facility sits in Puyuan, the wool and fleece textile cluster of Tongxiang in northern Zhejiang. The region has been weaving blankets for four generations. We employ 180 people across three shifts.
Capacity is roughly 1.8 million blankets per year across 52 looms — a mix of circular knit machines for fleece, jacquard looms for woven throws, and flat-weave looms for ground mats and beach blankets. A small but full-service in-house dye-house handles Pantone-matched solid color runs of up to 2,000 kg per batch.
Lamination is done on a six-roller heat-bonding line that ties the waterproof backing to the fleece face with a stabilizing scrim — the part most mills skip and the part that determines whether your picnic blanket holds up to washing.
We run 12 Tajima embroidery heads in-house — meaning your logo doesn't travel to a subcontractor's shop on the back of a scooter (which is exactly how most factory zones operate). Embroidery is done on the same campus, by people we trained.
For full-color photographic prints we use a dye-sublimation line with calibrated ICC profiles per fabric type, so the colors you signed off in a strike-off are the colors that ship. For premium hospitality work we offer jacquard weaving — pattern woven directly into the fabric on programmable jacquard looms.
For cost-optimized event blankets, we do single-color screen print with water-based inks (no PVC plastisol) on a 6-station rotary.

Polyester fleece yarn is sourced from three pre-qualified mills in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. We keep two qualified suppliers per critical material to avoid single-source failures.
Recycled rPET fleece (for GRS-certified blankets) is purchased from a GRS chain-of-custody-certified mill in Ningbo with end-to-end traceability documentation per batch.
Wool for our heritage jacquard throws comes from Inner Mongolia, washed and combed at a partner facility, then shipped in for spinning at our affiliated yarn plant.
Waterproof backing films (PEVA, PU, TPU) are sourced from a Taiwanese laminate maker that REACH-tests every batch.
A milestoned production timeline. WhatsApp updates and photo proofs at every checkpoint.
We hold the standard certifications EU and US buyers expect, and we provide test reports per order — not just generic mill-level paperwork.

We don't paint ourselves as a "green" brand — but we run the textile industry's basic environmental hygiene properly. Wastewater is treated on-site to discharge limits 30% stricter than provincial regulation. Solar covers 22% of our facility electricity.
Our recycled rPET fleece range converts post-consumer plastic bottles into yarn — roughly 18 bottles per king-size throw. The GRS chain-of-custody is auditable end-to-end. For brands with carbon targets, we provide a per-SKU emissions estimate based on yarn type, GSM and shipping mode.
Where customers want a step further: we offer plastic-free packaging (kraft sleeve, paper hangtag, cotton string), TPU backing (recyclable, no PVC), and air-shipped sample programs we offset.

Buyers based in or visiting Shanghai, Hangzhou or Ningbo are welcome. We are 90 minutes from Hongqiao airport and arrange driver pickup. A two-hour tour covers the dye-house, weave floor, lamination line, decoration house and finishing. Best paired with a sit-down on your tech-pack.
