What we make
A custom picnic blanket is a two-layer build: a comfortable fleece face over a waterproof backing, bonded and edge-finished, then folded into a carry parcel with a strap or pouch. We control every layer in-house — face fabric, lamination, cut-and-sew, branding and packaging.

500 pieces per design and color. Sampling is available before bulk; multi-color programs are most economical at 1,000+ pieces.
Which waterproof backing should I choose?
PEVA is the most cost-effective; PU has a softer hand-feel; TPU is the premium, recyclable option with the best durability. We quote all three against your target unit cost.
Can you match a custom size and fold?
Yes. Standard is 145×180 cm and 175×200 cm (family), but size, fold format and carry strap/pouch are all customizable to your spec.
