Indicative pricing
Any pricing referenced on this website (in blog articles, the catalogue, or the FAQ) is indicative only and based on representative orders at typical quantities, fabric specs and decoration methods at the time of publication. Real quotes are provided in writing per project, sized to the actual specification and current raw-material costs.
Commercial terms (reference)
Our standard commercial terms, applied unless varied by a signed sales agreement:
- Currency: USD (EUR / GBP available)
- Payment: 30% T/T deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance on shipping documents (BL release)
- Incoterms: FOB Ningbo / Shanghai (default); DDP available at additional cost
- Production lead time: 25–50 days after sample approval, depending on technique
- Sample charges: USD 60–180 per custom-logo sample, credited against bulk order
- Defect tolerance: AQL 2.5 (third-party inspection at buyer's option)
Intellectual property
Buyer-supplied logos, designs, patterns, brand identity and tech-pack content remain the property of the buyer. FIELDLOOM uses these assets solely to manufacture goods to the buyer's order and does not re-use them for any other client. We will not knowingly produce IP-infringing content; if a buyer-supplied design infringes a third-party trademark, we may decline production.
Confidentiality
We work under NDA with most clients on request. Tech-packs, pricing and product roadmaps shared with us are kept confidential. Our standard mutual NDA is available on request.
