What we collect
When you submit a quote request, sample request or contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily share: your name, company / brand, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, role, and the details of your project brief.
What we do with it
- Respond to your inquiry within one business day.
- Send you fabric samples, sample-cost invoices, quotes and follow-up communications related to your project.
- Keep an internal record of your project for re-orders and customer support.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, rent or share your contact information with third parties.
- We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly opt in.
- We do not track you across other websites.
Form submission & third-party services
Our website's quote and contact forms are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and, as a redundant backup, Formsubmit (formsubmit.co). These services receive your form data and forward it to our sales inbox. Both services are GDPR-compliant; their respective privacy policies are linked in their websites. If both services fail to deliver, our fallback opens your local email client with the inquiry pre-filled — in that case no third party sees your data.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising/retargeting scripts.
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained while we have an active customer relationship and for 24 months after last contact. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
If you're in the EU/UK, you have the right under GDPR to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or take it elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
